What we do
- Search. Large portals such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and Redfin, MLS-fed broker sites and public county records.
- Check. Listing age, price history, fees, HOA and tax figures, and warning signs such as missing photos or a request for a deposit before a viewing.
- Shortlist. A short list with notes and questions to ask the listing contact or landlord.
- Hand-off. When you want to view, offer or apply, we point you to licensed professionals of your choice.

What we do not do
We are a search-assistance service, not a real estate brokerage. We do not list property, negotiate or represent you in a transaction, collect rent or deposits, arrange mortgages, or give real estate, legal, tax or financial advice. We do not guarantee that you will find, be approved for or obtain any property.
Fair housing
We search by the features you ask for, such as price, size, location and layout. We do not filter, steer or describe homes or neighborhoods by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
